Terms and Conditions for 613Torah Raffle 

Eligibility
To participate in the 613Torah raffle, you must be 18 years or older. By entering, you confirm that you meet the age requirement and agree to abide by these terms. The raffle is limited to 613 total tickets; once all tickets are assigned, no additional entries will be accepted.

Entry Process & Donation Policy
1. Each participant will receive one exclusive number which cannot be changed, transferred, or duplicated.
2. Once a donation is processed, it is a non-refundable contribution. No goods or services are provided in exchange for your donation.
3. To enter without making a donation, you must submit a 8" x 10" handwritten postcard to Long Island Torah Network ATTN: 613Torah Raffle, 598 Park Avenue, Huntington NY 11743. The postcard must include your full legal name (as it appears on official documents, no nicknames allowed), phone number (no alternative contacts), current mailing address (complete with full ZIP code), a written acknowledgment that you are over 18 years old, and your date of birth (in MM/DD/YYYY format, no exceptions). Only one mail-in entry per person is permitted. Entries missing any required information will be automatically disqualified. Illegible, incomplete, or late entries will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for mail delivery issues.
4. In the event of any error, system mistake, or technical issue during the entry process, the raffle and drawing will remain valid, and 613Torah Raffle reserves the right to uphold all original donations and entries.

Drawing Process
The drawing will be conducted using an online random name/number picker to ensure full transparency.
Within 48 hours of the draw, an email announcement will be sent to all donors revealing the winner.

Winner Notification & Requirements
1. The winner will be contacted via phone and email within 24 hours of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited. The winner must provide a completed W-9 form for tax reporting purposes before receiving the prize. If the winner refuses to provide the required tax information, they will forfeit the prize. A 1099-MISC form will be issued at the end of the year, as the value of the prize may be considered taxable income. 2. A Sefer Torah is a religious article. Winner is responsible to care for and maintain the Sefer Torah in accordance with Jewish Law. A plan for care and maintenance of the Sefer Torah must be approved by the Rabbinical Board of Long Island Torah Network. If unable or unwilling to provide such a plan, the winner will receive a cash prize as an alternative.

Announcement Consent
We will announce the name of the winner publicly after contacting the winner privately. We reserve the right to redraw a winner if they refuse to be publicized.


Raffle Cancellation & Refund Policy
Until all 613 entries have been assigned we reserve the right to cancel the raffle and refund all donations at any time. Once all 613 entries are secured, the drawing may proceed as scheduled.

613Torah is not affiliated with the manufacturer or authorized distributors of any prizes. The prize is offered as-is with no warranty or guarantee beyond what is provided by the original manufacturer. Winners are advised to refer to the manufacturer's warranty and terms of use for any relevant information.
